The 1st annual Dolly Parton Parade will start at noon on Sunday, September 13th. Let’s all don our highest hair and cowgirl boots and gallop around Carytown in solidarity and remembrance of our Queen Dolly! Help spread the word to all the Dolly Parton fans you know!
